Seaweed and egg soup


Ingredients : Eggs, grean pea, dried anchovies, fresh mint, pepper powder, sesame oil, chopped pickled garlic (you can put fry garlic too)

Fresh Roselle


There are many ways to consume Roselle :it can be boiled with water and drink (drink as Roselle tea), make into jam, or make into enzyme, preserved into dried roselle or mix with other fresh fruit to make juice. (RM5/kg)

Wholegrains mushroom soup



I love to make homemade mushroom soup from mixed wholegrain like brown rice, lentil, barley, buckwheat etc with mushroom. We eat this soup with 7-grains sprouted bread.

Pumpkin Seeds




Don't throw away your pumpkin seeds when you eat fresh pumpkin. Dry them in a colander and you can get fresh pumpkin seeds.

Bubur Ca Ca




Bubur Ca Ca, Ingredients : Yam, purple yam (紫山藥/紫番薯),bean (白眉豆), fresh corn, lotus seed, grilled peanut, coconut milk and banana plus raisin as natural source of sugar. So no refined sugar needed.

"Vegetarian Duck"


Made from dried soy bean "skin". This dish is supposed to be fried before eat, but I only steam without frying it.
